Cancellation Policy

I am here to coach you to your highest level of success, and part of that requires a commitment that you are fully vested in your coaching program. Unfortunately, time is an aspect of life that does not stop for anyone, nor can we get it back. It is imperative that when you book your session, you take careful consideration and ensure that I am the right coach for you. I will do my due diligence and ensure that you are the right client for me. I understand we all have our life journey, and emergencies do happen. For one-on-one sessions, there is some flexibility with a 48-hour notice. Appointment rescheduling can occur within a week of the original scheduled date and time with proper 48-hour notice. Should extenuating circumstances arise and you cannot keep the appointment schedule, we will work on a case-by-case basis.
